I'm not sure what genre I'd put this under either, but it has a nice overall feel to it and I like the layering. It sounds like something you'd hear in a final (or next-to-final) game level; not too intense, but getting you pumped nonetheless. I like it, nice work dude :3

There's some interesting drama going on in this song. I really like the piano here, it blends very well with the other instrumentals, and the drums and guitars are very strong as well. For some reason, the overall mood/tone of the song doesn't quite hit me right, but that's just a personal nitpick. That aside, this is solid work bro!

Burn7 responds:

You know, I didn't really anticipate this song having any variety of depth to it when I decided to re-record it. And when I added in the piano it sounded misplaced to me as well. But I figured, "Ah what the hell" and just finished it the way I felt it should be: With way too much focus placed on things nobody actually pays attention to.

But thanks for checking it out! As always, you da best!

I remember when I checked this out from your Soundcloud, but this version sounds a lot more intense. Great guitars, nice power, good stuff :D

Burn7 responds:

Muchas gracias amigo! I kinda feel like this is somewhat phoned in... But I'm glad you liked it nonetheless!

You'll hear no complaints from me bro, you nailed this without a doubt. Everything was blended perfectly and the techno was a great driving force that kept it all tied together nicely. If you do decide to make other versions, I'll definitely accept them with open arms.

I imagine this will stay on loop for quite a while, thanks for all your efforts Burn :3

Burn7 responds:

Well I was actually planning on doing another version... And then I discovered I completely saved over everything I had done with a blank file.

Soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo as much as I wanted to make sure I could do a better version in the future, past me fucked that up royally.

But I'm glad you enjoyed it for what it is :D Happy to be of service!

C'mon dude, this wasn't shitty at all, in fact it was pretty solid. I will say that I agree with the one friend who said it wasn't quite "you," more so with the vocals. That's not to say they were bad, because you have a great voice. I think it might've been the overall tone that felt different. I feel that 'Love Burns' had your strongest vocal performance (I know it had autotune but that's besides the point). The feel was more intense and focused. It could've been like your other friend said, how the vocals were blended into the background a little too much, and that's why they felt softer here. I dunno, either way it was a good song, so well done sir :3

(Also, I totally get the shy-artist-around-other-people thing, cause I've got it too haha)

Burn7 responds:

Well thanks for the compliments man. For this recording I was trying to make a more, uhm... mature sound? I feel like doing more vocal things as of late, but if I do they will definitely be more along the lines of "Love Burns", definitely more focused and portraying the emotions I'm trying to. This was most definitely a test for those songs.

Either way it's good to hear you thought this random dropping was worth it! Thanks!!

This is really nice. Like minichou said, would love to hear a longer version. Piano pieces have a real beauty to them, and from the sound of this one, it could be even better with a bit more length :3

Necroionutwiz responds:

im glad to know you like it ill try to post a longer version next time :D

This one's definitely my fav of the three (but they're all solid), has a good sound to it, and I agree with you that it doesn't really fit for a tutorial. But hey, group projects are usually known to suck, and you did what you could in the allotted time, so good work on these three new tracks ^^

Burn7 responds:

Hahah, I honestly was hoping you'd listen to these. Because when I was writing them I thought it would be good practice for recreating the song you asked for :P

I've actually been fussing over what I should really do if I'm to recreate it. Because it has been a very long time since I wrote that song, and I'm somewhat unsure of how to revamp it. Maybe just re-record it? Make it sound better? Change the rhythm, include counter-melodies? There are just so many options for the song you suggested it almost gets me stuck in possibility.

But I'm glad you liked what I made here, glad I could be of entertainment again for ya!

<3 ya Axe

Just for fun, I looked up the final boss theme from the original (NES?) game, and considering what you had to work with, I'd say this turned out pretty good! Great work ^^

Also how does one submit a request? Though it would be more of a suggestion cause I want you to work on whatever you like :P

Burn7 responds:

Thanks man! The original was definitely good, I had some trouble wanting to make those high pitched single note pause lead-ins that the original had. I ended up just not even doing them heheh...

And PM me buddy! Like I said, I don't usually do requests. But if I hear something and think "Hey, I could make that metal" I'll do my best!

Excellent remix sir, I'd say you did the original justice with this :3

Man, this sure brings back some memories. Sounds awesome, you did a great job remaking the original ^^

I like making cute art and other stuff, Dog bless.
